  • A deposit equal to one week's tuition fees is required on registration.
  • The deposit is refunded subject to two weeks cancellation notice in writing.
  • Any unpaid fees will be deducted from the deposit.
  • If the deposit is used by Hayes Tuition to cover any unpaid fees the student will have to pay the deposit again to continue tuition.
  • We regret that any missed classes due to sudden illness or any other urgent matters will not be compensated for by Hayes Tuition Centre.
  • Fees will still be payable if a student does not attend his scheduled session.
  • Any outstanding fees will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Fees can be paid weekly or every 28 days in advance to cover a 4 week period.
  • Hayes Tuition Centre reserves the right to alter the timetable. Students and parents will be informed in advance of any pending changes.
  • Tuition rates are liable to change without notice.
  • The above rates only apply for tuition at Hayes Tuition Centre, and not for online or home tuition.
